What buyers ask about cost, working together, and control.
Short answers grounded in the product that exists—not a roadmap dressed up as a feature list.
Buyer questions
Commercial
Pricing is set per account and is currently quote-only. The delivery model, number of accounts, and spend size shape the quote. maitiq does not publish a made-up rate card while the commercial model is still being finalized.
A traditional agency commonly prices finite people-hours, and those hours cap how much repetitive account work can be covered. maitiq uses software to read the complete configured surface, so the coverage is not rationed by an hours allocation or charged as a percentage of media spend.
Either can work. maitiq can give an existing agency a complete evidence-backed queue, move repeatable operations in-house, or support a managed model with a maitiq client success manager. Strategy, creative, offers, and commercial judgment still belong to people.
No. maitiq reports what the account evidence supports. Sparse results stay sparse instead of being padded with invented work.
Google Ads is the current focus. The public site does not claim support for additional advertising platforms.
Buyer questions
Working together
In the managed model, a maitiq client success manager is your operating point of contact. They help with setup and priorities, work the proposal queue with you, prepare reviews, and keep questions moving; your team still owns the commercial decisions.
Yes. In the in-house model, one of your own people works the proposal queue. maitiq handles onboarding and remains available when the account, priorities, or operating model changes.
We agree the delivery model, onboard the account and its priorities, confirm access and evidence coverage, run the applicable workflows, and establish the proposal-review cadence. No proposal becomes a Google Ads change without the configured decision path.
Yes—for strategy, creative, positioning, offers, and commercial judgment. maitiq handles repeatable account operations and gives the human team a better decision queue.
Google automation optimizes inside the ad platform. maitiq is the governance layer around it: account-level budget pacing, query hygiene, monitoring, reviewable proposals, explicit guardrails, evidence files, and a separate audit history.
Buyer questions
Access and control
A connected Google Ads account gives the richest evidence; native report uploads support a disconnected audit with named coverage limits. Audit runs are read-only. In normal operation, only an accepted proposal can reach the separate audited implementation boundary.
No. During the free audit, maitiq gathers evidence and creates proposals in read-only mode. A proposal does not become a Google Ads change unless an authorized person accepts it and separately chooses to implement it.
We run a free, read-only audit of your own account, show the gaps supported by its evidence, and demonstrate what maitiq would monitor continuously. Nothing will be changed in Google Ads.
You configure per-item and aggregate limits. Proposals inside those limits may be accepted and implemented automatically; anything outside them remains pending for a person.
No. Account connection uses Google’s OAuth consent screen. maitiq stores an encrypted refresh token, and access can be disconnected from the workspace or revoked through Google.
Scheduled maitiq work stops and you can revoke the Google connection. Google Ads changes that were previously and explicitly implemented remain in the account; maitiq does not silently reverse them. Data export, retention, and deletion terms are agreed before a production engagement.
