Pricing
Roughly half the management fee for comparable scope.
maitiq uses software to cover the repeatable account work instead of selling a finite block of people-hours. For comparable scope, the management fee is roughly half; the media budget stays separate and is never counted as a saving.
Why the economics differ
Hours cap coverage. Software does not.
A traditional agency commonly bills both the time of the people doing the work and the volume of media under management. Those hours are valuable, but finite, so they also determine how much of a large account can be inspected.
Typical agency structure
Buy people-hours, then prioritize where they go.
The team samples, triages, meets, and reports inside the hours available. More keywords or more account complexity means more work competing for the same human capacity.
maitiq structure
Use software to read the whole configured surface.
AI scales the same repeatable checks across the account without rationing attention by keyword count. The commercial model is not a percentage of media spend, and the repetitive coverage does not stop when the allotted hours run out.
The real game changer: especially on large accounts, AI scales far better — maitiq can still optimize every single keyword instead of sampling the account.
Two delivery models
Choose who works the proposal queue.
Managed and in-house are two ways to operate the same product. Neither unlocks a better workflow set or a looser decision boundary.
Delivery model
maitiq managed
A maitiq client success manager works the proposal queue with you.
They are your point of contact for setup, priorities, and review. Your team keeps the commercial decisions while maitiq brings the operating cadence and a person who knows the account.

In-house
Your own person works the proposal queue.
You take the tool and keep day-to-day review inside your team. maitiq handles onboarding and remains available when the account, priorities, or operating model change.

Individual Pricing.
Pricing is set per account — the free audit gives us the evidence for a quote.
There is no public rate card yet. We will not dress a placeholder up as a real price or invent tiers before the commercial model is finalized.
What changes the quote
- Delivery model
- Managed includes a maitiq client success manager working the queue with you; in-house keeps that work with your team.
- Number of accounts
- The quote reflects how many separate account environments need onboarding and ongoing operation.
- Spend size
- Spend is a risk and service-complexity signal used in the quote, not a percentage fee charged on media.
